What furniture and equipment is included with the Arts space rental?

The venue provides 3 large tables, 8 small tables, 75 chairs, and 8 stools as standard equipment. Additional furniture can be hired in if needed for larger events. The space also includes a small stage, PA system, lighting equipment, digital projector, piano, and dance mirrors.

Can I bring my own catering or use outside caterers for events?

Yes, outside catering is permitted and the venue has kitchen facilities available for use. The venue can provide catering information and recommendations if needed, but you're free to arrange your own food service.

What are the setup and breakdown time restrictions?

Setup can begin from 9am, but events cannot start until 1pm due to church services that may be loud until that time. The church can be moved to a smaller space as a one-off arrangement to give you uninterrupted setup time from 9am.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities and families?

Yes, the venue has full disabled access and disabled toilets on site. Children are welcome and the venue provides children's toys, books, and games for family-friendly events.

The venue offers off-street private parking for approximately 8 cars. It's located just a 6-minute walk from Fiveways station and the main Birmingham ring road for additional transport options.

The space features 7m ceiling height with inbuilt aerial rigging perfect for circus, filming, and theatre. It includes a small stage, PA system with microphones and monitors, lighting equipment, digital projector, and the ability to hang set pieces or backdrops.

The venue can accommodate events up to 200 people and offers flexibility with room arrangements. For larger events requiring specific table setups, the venue can hire in additional equipment within your budget, though this would need to be arranged in advance.

What outdoor space is available for events?

The venue features tranquil gardens with oak trees, grassy space, and a small pond, perfect for breakout sessions, networking, auditions, or outdoor elements of creative workshops and filming projects.
