Founded in 1974, the association moved to the Community Centre in Erdington in 1983, supporting the Greek and Cypriot community in the Midlands and promoting Hellenic culture. As a not-for-profit organization, it relies on volunteers and donations. The Magnet Centre, a versatile venue in Birmingham, hosts various events, featuring a function room, a traditional Greek restaurant, and a shop. It offers ample parking, wheelchair access, and a welcoming atmosphere for all, making it ideal for weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings.
