Howies Restaurants is an independent group of Scottish restaurants located in Edinburgh, consisting of three restaurants: Howies Waterloo, Howies Victoria, and Scotts Kitchen, as well as Howies Events. Howies Waterloo is situated in a Georgian hall at the foot of Calton Hill and is open 7 days a week for lunch, dinner, and private dining, with al fresco dining available in warmer months. Howies Victoria is located in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town and is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
