What is the venue hire cost for the main barn space?

The venue hire is £2,000 + VAT for exclusive use of the venue. This provides sole use of the entire venue during your event time, meaning no other events will be taking place simultaneously.

What are the mandatory catering requirements and costs?

In addition to the venue hire fee, catering spend is required. A day delegate rate of £40 + VAT per person includes arrival tea/coffee with biscuits, a 2-course buffet lunch, and afternoon tea/coffee with brownies. Halal catering options are available upon request.

What is the maximum capacity for events at Brookfield Barn?

The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for various events. The main barn space is suitable for conferences and corporate gatherings, with flexible meeting spaces available.

What time can I access the venue for setup?

Access to the venue is available from 12:00 noon onwards. Events cannot begin setup before this time, so planning should account for this midday access restriction.

What audio-visual equipment is provided by the venue?

The venue has a built-in PA system, but you are required to supply your own AV equipment for presentations and laptop connections. The venue does not provide projectors, screens, or laptop connectivity equipment.

Does the venue hold space while I make my decision?

No, the venue does not automatically hold space for enquiries. If you wish to secure a hold on your preferred date, you must specifically request this from the events team.

Brookfield Barn features ten luxurious bedrooms, each with stunning views. This luxury on-site accommodation allows guests to stay overnight, making it convenient for multi-day events or when guests are traveling from distance.
