The venue can accommodate up to 1,400 guests total across all spaces. For cabaret-style seating with tables of 8, the venue handles 800 people comfortably. Theatre-style seating can accommodate similar numbers, with breakout rooms available for 50-60 people each in banquet or theatre configurations.

What technical equipment and AV facilities are included?

All events include a 10m x 5m cinema screen, three Christie laser projectors, two 120-inch retractable projector screens, full RCF sound system, comprehensive lighting system, purpose-built stage with star cloth backdrop, handheld microphones, two LED lecterns, and data connection with live feed capabilities. External AV suppliers can be accommodated if preferred.

What catering services are provided and what are the alcohol policies?

Catering includes arrival refreshments (tea, coffee, pastries, fresh fruit), mid-morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch service with two-course hot fork or finger buffet.
