Our suite of six grade II* listed rooms, known as The Heritage Rooms at 30 Euston Square, are specially designed to offer the best of British hospitality. Recently refurbished with each room given it's own character and charm, new furnishings and fresh paint tones, The Heritage Rooms provide the perfect setting for intimate private dining, birthdays, Christmas parties, weddings, corporate gatherings or business dinners. The traditional and charming Heritage Rooms work perfectly for intimate private dining for groups of 8 - 40 guests, or theatre style for up to 50.

Searcys provides Best-of-British catering with high-quality food and exceptional service. For events with short notice (such as next week bookings), signed contracts are required by 12:00 the day before to allow sufficient planning time. Full payment is typically required prior to the event for short-notice bookings.

Heritage Rooms include PA packages and WiFi as standard. Additional AV equipment like projectors, screens, and microphones can be arranged with technical support, though AV technician costs apply (from £400 for evening events).

Events are typically sold in day periods (8:00-17:00) or evening periods (18:00-23:00). Cross-period bookings that span both periods incur higher costs due to the 17:00-18:00 turnaround time required for operations.

Services include dedicated operation managers, cloakroom attendants, in-house poseur tables with white linen, and access to additional amenities. Natural daylight is available in the Heritage Rooms, and private lounge exclusive access can be arranged.

Initial enquiries require event purpose, date flexibility, duration, number of attendees, layout preferences, catering requirements, AV needs, and estimated budget. Venue viewings can be scheduled, and virtual tours are available online.
