One of the smaller rooms we have available for hire, the Roger Fry Room is ideally suited to Board Meetings, team meetings or interviews. As with all of our spaces, it offers access to the state-of-the-art technology that is needed to facilitate international business. We can also arrange the seating in whatever manner would be most convenient to you. Please see below for the room's capacity in each case.



Frequently asked questions

Medium rooms cost £365 + VAT per day, Premium Medium rooms are £465 + VAT per day, and Large rooms are £655 + VAT per day. Breakout rooms are available for £300 + VAT per day for all-day access, which includes private use of the courtyard area when booked alongside a main room.

Hot buffet lunch requires a minimum order of 10 people at £25.95 per person + VAT. Cold buffet lunch is £25.95 per person + VAT, sandwich lunch is £13.95 per person + VAT, and fork buffet lunch can be ordered for smaller groups. Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks cost £10.95 per person + VAT, and assorted pastries are £7.95 per person + VAT.

Presentation screens cost £50 + VAT. The in-house video conferencing package costs £250 + VAT and includes HD camera, hub laptop, speakers, tabletop microphones, all-day tech support, and options for Zoom or Teams meetings. WiFi and the 65" touch interactive presentation screen are standard features.

Payment can be made over the phone on a scheduled call, or via bank transfer which may take up to 60 days to process. The venue currently cannot process card payments due to technical issues. Invoices are typically issued 1-2 days before the scheduled payment call.

After receiving a quote, you complete and return a signed booking form to confirm your reservation. The venue will hold space in their calendar during the booking process. Payment is then arranged either over the phone or via bank transfer as specified in the booking terms.

The venue has a microwave available but no oven for warming food. While external catering permissions aren't explicitly detailed in available information, clients have asked about bringing their own cake, suggesting some flexibility may exist for specific items.
