What time slots are available for wedding hire and what are the different pricing options?
Three time slot options are available: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (£3,600 + VAT, £3,000 minimum spend), 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (£2,300 + VAT, £1,500 minimum spend), and 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM (£2,750 + VAT, £5,000 minimum spend). Weekend events have different minimum spend requirements starting from £10,000 + VAT.

Standard AV package includes stage, screen/projector, two repeater screens, lectern and lectern mic, handheld mic, and PA system for £400 + VAT. The room features a movable stage, built-in sound system, and fixed speakers as part of its permanent setup.

Graysons provides in-house catering with options including two-course dinner at £57 + VAT per person, three-course formal dining menus, and various reception packages. Wedding dinner packages start from £140.50 + VAT per person including 3-course meal, wine, sparkling reception, DJ, dance floor, and dedicated team.
