Screen 5 has a 32-35 seat capacity and costs £350 + VAT for 1 hour or £1,000 + VAT for 5 hours (12:00-17:00). The main Dolby Theatre has 791 seats plus 6 wheelchair spaces and costs £39,500 + VAT for full day hire (08:00-23:00). All pricing includes exclusive screen use, in-house AV, 5 microphones, staffing, technical support, and a dedicated Events Manager.

What technical requirements must be met for content delivery?

Content must be delivered in DCP (Digital Cinema Package) format with 5.1 audio preferred. Hard drives with episodes/films must be delivered 48 hours in advance for ingestion. A technical rehearsal is mandatory and scheduled the morning prior to your event. The venue provides built-in AV equipment, projectors, and sound systems as standard.

What is the booking process and payment timeline?

Complete a Customer Application Form, then receive and sign a contract via DocuSign. Payment is required before the screening and can be made by Mastercard (AMEX not accepted). Invoices are sent after contract signing, and payment must be completed to secure your booking.

What staffing and support is included with bookings?

All bookings include a tech manager to help set up presentations, staffing and technical support throughout the event, and a dedicated Events Manager. On-site staff (Lucas, Lucy, or Charlie) are available until 8pm, with specific personnel assigned for DCP delivery coordination.

Can I bring my own laptop for presentations and is a microphone provided?

Yes, you can bring either PC or Mac laptops for presentations. Handheld microphones are available upon request, though they're not required for smaller rooms like Screen 5. The venue will arrange laptop connection and can accommodate presentations with videos and sound.

What are the timing restrictions and setup requirements?

Events can run from morning (after 12pm preferred) through evening hours. Guest arrival should be within 15 minutes of start time. A 10-minute tech rehearsal can be arranged before your event. Setup time varies by event size, with larger events requiring morning access for equipment setup.

Are there catering options and what are the costs?

Catering is available from £16.95 per person + VAT, with menus provided upon request. The Oscars Bar and main foyer can be hired for drinks receptions. Drinks packages start at £6.00 + VAT per drink for Prosecco, wine, bottled beer, or mocktails.

What capacity adjustments can be made after booking?

Capacity can be increased after initial booking - for example, Screen 5 bookings initially for 20 people can be updated to accommodate 30-35 guests. The venue will update contracts accordingly to reflect the new guest count without additional fees for minor increases.

What are the restrictions for student groups and budget events?

For student screenings with budgets around £1,000, the venue may not be able to accommodate requests at ODEON LUXE Leicester Square. Alternative venues like ODEON LUXE Haymarket may be suggested for morning slots at £400 for 43-seat capacity (09:00-12:00).

What additional services are available for larger events?

For events over 300 people, full venue hire includes exclusive auditorium use, digital screens throughout the event duration, and comprehensive technical support. Red carpet setups can be arranged for premieres, and the venue can accommodate full-day events with setup access from early morning.
