Pricing varies by event type and package selected. Party packages start from £70-£120 per guest and include venue hire, food, welcome drinks, and complimentary ferry transport. There are no separate room hire charges - all costs are included in the per-person package price.

What are the music and event end time restrictions?

Music is allowed until 11:45 PM and all guests must vacate the island by midnight. These are strict house rules that apply to all events regardless of type or size.

How does transportation to and from the island work?

Ferry collection and drop-off is complimentary for all events. The venue operates two 11-seater boats that run shuttle-style service throughout the event, plus one larger 50-seater boat available for one hour on guest arrival (subject to availability). The ferry journey takes only 30-45 seconds.

What deposit is required to secure a booking?

A 50% deposit is required to secure any date if the event is within 6 months. All dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and the venue cannot hold dates during the consultation period.

Can I bring my own DJ, decorations, and external vendors?

Yes, outside DJs, bands, decorations, and vendors are all permitted. The venue is flexible with external suppliers and allows clients to bring in their own entertainment and styling elements.

What are the alcohol and bar arrangements?

The venue offers a 10% discount on all pre-ordered drinks. Outside drinks are generally not permitted, though management may approve limited external wine (up to 10 bottles) for a £100 corkage fee inclusive of VAT on special occasions.

Is parking available and how do guests access the venue?

Enquiries can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the venue. The venue also offers to help find alternative venues through their sister properties if Ravens Ait Island cannot accommodate your specific requirements.
