The property has been architect designed with a clean line, contemporary aesthetic approach. Natural eco materials been used throughout. The entire space is comfortable, easily heated and well-lit, with two large floor to ceiling windows plus skylights. The main entrance lobby contains two toilets including one disable access. Good for business training sessions. Quiet and private with kitchenette, folding tables and chairs. We are only able to hire the main space to group which are either charities or groups whose aims and activities could be regarded as being non-profit making.

A large and modern open studio unit (9.20 m x 8.25 m) with a wooden sprung dance floor, a fold away kitchenette and two full height mirrored walls. The main area has been purpose made for activities such as dance, martial arts, seminars and public events. Maximum capacity is for 60 people. Natural light through two skylights and misted window. Modern air conditioning and thermostatically controlled heating. Very private. Suitable for rehearsals, dance and music events, fitness classes, therapy sessions and groups, meditation, photographic shoots and private functions. Contains 3 bathrooms.
