Package 2 costs £75+VAT per person with breakfast baps, mid-morning break, fork buffet lunch, and afternoon tea.
When is full payment required and what are the payment terms?
100% payment is required six weeks before the event date. This applies to all bookings regardless of size or duration.
What are the viewing hours and how do I arrange a site visit?
Viewings are available Monday to Friday between 9:00-11:00am and 3:00-5:30pm. You can arrange a viewing by contacting the venue directly at 020 7458 7960 to check availability for your preferred date and time.
Are there any discounts available for certain types of organizations?
Yes, a 10% charity discount is available for qualifying organizations. This discount was applied to reduce the Large Pension Room hire from £1,450+VAT to £1,305+VAT for a charity booking.

You can bring your own cake but will need to sign a disclaimer on arrival. The venue hire does not include decorations, so you would need to arrange these separately or discuss options with the venue.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking and how long are quotes valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days from receipt and may be subject to change after this period. The venue will release provisional bookings if they don't hear back by specified deadlines, but specific cancellation policies should be confirmed directly with the venue.
Are there any restrictions on room usage after standard hours?
There is usually an extra charge for room use after 5pm, though this may be waived on occasion. One quote showed combined room hire extending to 9pm (21:00) for £2,500+VAT, suggesting evening use is possible with additional costs.
