Our elegant private dining room is a great option for working lunches, small private parties or intimate dining experiences. The room is air-conditioned and flooded with daylight. You are also welcomed to use the plasma screen and music equipment. For fine dining experiences the charming room can accommodate up to 14 guests for sit down meal and 20 for a stand up reception.



Frequently asked questions

The private dining room accommodates up to 14 guests for seated dining or 20 for standing receptions. There is a package available at £100 per person including VAT, which covers room hire, plasma screen, Wi-Fi access, flipchart on request, branded notepad and pencil, and bottled still and sparkling water replenished throughout the day.

For semi-private spaces, a 50% deposit of the minimum spend plus signed contract is required to proceed. The remainder of the minimum spend must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event. A 13% discretionary service charge applies to the final bill and does not contribute to the minimum spend.

The private dining room includes a plasma screen, Wi-Fi access, background music equipment, and flipchart available on request. The room is air-conditioned with natural daylight and comes with Searcys branded notepad and pencil for each guest.

For semi-private dining options, cloakroom service is not available and music is not permitted as it would interfere with regular service in the rest of the Brasserie/Champagne Bar. These restrictions apply to budget-conscious semi-private bookings.

The Kitchen Bar (semi-private within Brasserie) requires £1,500 minimum spend including VAT for up to 100 standing guests. The Champagne Lounge (semi-private within Champagne Bar) requires £1,250-£1,500 minimum spend including VAT for up to 50 guests with mixture of seating and standing.

Events typically run during business hours, with examples showing 9:30am-3pm for daytime events and 5pm-10pm or 5pm-11pm for evening events. The Champagne Bar closes at 10pm (22:00) while the Brasserie can accommodate later events.

The venue is not suitable for conferences as they do not have lecture facilities. The spaces are designed for dining, drinks receptions, and social events rather than formal presentation or conference formats.

Menus are seasonally inspired using fresh British produce with prices starting from £50 per person for the Classic 3-course menu, with options to upgrade to Soirée or Deluxe menus. Bespoke packages can be created to suit specific requirements and budgets.
