Each Studio space is an ideal setting for corporate and private events. With a total of 6 Studio spaces available, inter-connecting walls can be removed to open the space into one larger room, accommodating up to 100pax for a standing reception between three Studios, or up to 300pax when combining all six Studio spaces with the ME Room. Our Studio space comes complete with all furniture, linen and table centrepieces, as well as elegant uplighting and built in speakers for background music.

The Always ME AV package costs £1,366.80 and includes stage, microphone, technician, and background music for conferences.

The venue has F&B minimum spend requirements starting at £7,000 for drinks and canapés for larger events. Drinks packages are available at £42 per person for 1 hour, £63 for 2 hours, and £90 for 3 hours, including wine, beer, spirits, and soft drinks.

The venue typically offers a one-week hold on space without confirmation. For events within a month of the requested date, confirmation is required within 24 hours. Proposals must be responded to by specified deadlines (such as Thursday at 09:00) or the space will be released.

Individual Studios can be hired for smaller groups (up to 20 guests each), with Studios 4, 5, and 6 available for £1,500 each for breakout sessions. The full ME Room and Studios combination costs £4,000-£6,000 for exclusive use, depending on the event requirements and duration.

Located on the lower ground floor, beneath the elegant hotel lobby, the ME London event space consists of 7 versatile and chic event spaces which can open out into one large space, accommodating up to 300 guests. Stylish decor including wooden paneled walls, a marble reception and built in AV makes the event space ideal for intimate day meetings, as well as larger lunches, receptions and gala dinners.
