What are the standard operating hours and early access charges?

Standard venue hire operates from 9am to 6pm. Early access from 7am-8am costs £1,000 + VAT, and evening access from 6pm-7pm is typically £1,000 + VAT (though this may be waived with drinks packages).

What AV equipment and technical services are included in room hire?

Basic AV equipment is included with room hire, but comprehensive packages are available separately. Exhibition space is available in the ESCape breakout area, which can accommodate up to 30 exhibitor tables. This space is included in exclusive venue hire packages or can be hired separately. Basic power is provided for exhibitor stands, and the venue has a large loading bay with goods lift for easy equipment delivery.
