Venue 1 accommodates a maximum of 150 people in cabaret layout or 328 people in theatre setup. The Portland room can accommodate 100 guests in theatre style or 36 persons in U-shape arrangement. All rooms have specific maximum capacities that cannot be exceeded.
What AV equipment is included and what are the additional costs?
Basic LCD/projector and screen are included in the Day Delegate Package. PA system with 1 microphone costs £180 including VAT. Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is mandatory starting at £540 including VAT.
