No, the Mail Rail train is an additional paid service. Each train accommodates up to 20 guests with a 15-minute journey time. A 3-hour slot costs from £1,500 + VAT, with trains departing every 10 minutes during the hired period.

What payment terms and deposit requirements apply?

Bookings require a 50% deposit upon signing the booking form, with the remaining 50% payable 60 days before the event. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the standard rate.

When are venue viewings available?

Viewings are offered Tuesday through Friday between 9am-5pm, and on Mondays subject to availability. You can arrange a meeting with a team member onsite by contacting the venue directly.
