The Private Dining Room has a maximum capacity of 14 people for £750, making it suitable for smaller executive meetings or intimate business dinners.

Both Studio I and Studio II include LCD projector and screen/plasma, 1 flip chart, and basic connectivity for laptops. The DDR package includes all standard AV equipment in the £150 per person rate. Additional AV requirements can be sourced through external companies or the venue's preferred partner Elements AV at additional cost.

The £150 DDR includes arrival tea/coffee (served in the Balcony area), AM coffee breaks, working lunch with soft drinks, PM coffee break, unlimited water, plus sweets, notepad, pens and flowers on table. For events not using DDR, set menu dining starts at £85 per person, with breakfast options at £35 per person in the Private Dining Room.
