Weekend events require an overall minimum spend of £15,000 to open the venue, as 116 Pall Mall only operates during weekdays normally. This minimum applies to the total event cost including venue hire, catering, and any additional services.

Standard venue hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. Early access before 8:00am or late access after 5:00pm incurs additional charges of £1,250 + VAT per hour. Events can be extended until 1:00am with these hourly charges applying.

The Nash room can accommodate up to 250 guests on round tables, 160 guests cabaret style, or 180 guests for dinner with dancefloor setup. The Carlton room seats 120 guests for banquet dining with reception space or 180 guests for dinner only.

A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of signing the contract. The deposit can be extended in special circumstances, as shown when one client received an extension until the end of September. Payment can be made by BACs transfer, over the phone, or via payment link (AMEX not accepted via payment link).

AMEX payments are accepted via PDQ machine over the phone but incur an additional 5% charge of the total invoice value per payment. AMEX is not accepted through the standard payment link system.

Contracts must be signed promptly to secure dates, as spaces remain available to other clients until contracted. One example shows a contract deadline of Friday 1st August, and the venue can deadline competing provisional holds within 48 hours when requested.

External catering is strictly forbidden at the venue. All catering must be provided by Searcys, the venue's award-winning in-house caterers who emphasize sustainability and seasonal ingredients. Set menus are required with one dish choice per course for the entire party.

Dinner packages range from £149-£284 + VAT per person depending on inclusions. Standard packages typically include champagne on arrival, three-course dinner, unlimited house drinks for three hours, security and cloakroom, and venue hire fee. Christmas packages include traditional theming and may include DJ and dancefloor.

AV packages are available and quoted separately based on requirements. Examples include screen, laptop and projection for main rooms, multiple microphones (lapel, roaming, and panel discussion mics), and screen/projection for breakout rooms. Technical specifications are customized per event needs.
