Dinner packages start from £120.00 per person (reduced from £140.00) with a minimum of 20 guests. The package includes 1 glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course pre-ordered set menu (1 starter, 1 main, 1 dessert plus vegetarian option), coffee & petit fours, room hire for main room, half bottle of house wine per person, half bottle of mineral water, menus, candelabras & mirrored centrepieces, and table plan. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

What are the room hire costs for drinks receptions without dinner packages?

Room hire for the Meston Suite is £1,000.00 for drinks receptions. The Churchill Bar has a room hire cost of £400.00 for arrival drinks. These are standalone room hire fees when not booking dinner packages.

What are the Day Delegate Rate options and pricing?

The Day Delegate Rate is £88.00 per person (reduced from £105.00) with a minimum of 25 guests. This includes arrival tea/coffee break, mid-morning tea/coffee break, working buffet lunch served in the meeting room, afternoon tea/coffee break, room hire, flipchart with pads & pens, delegate stationery (pads, pens, mineral water, mints), and complimentary Wi-Fi. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

The Meston Suite accommodates up to 72 for banqueting and overlooks Whitehall's architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows and natural daylight. The venue also offers Churchill's Bar for arrival drinks and smaller dining occasions. The River Room can accommodate up to 72 for banqueting and features original oak panelling with stunning Thames views.

Can the venue accommodate dietary requirements like Halal food?

Yes, the venue can cater to Halal menus. They also provide soft drinks options for groups that do not consume alcohol, and can accommodate various dietary requirements with advance notice.

What are the breakfast and continental breakfast options?

Continental breakfast is £35.00 per person and includes assorted freshly squeezed juices, cereals with various milk options, bread rolls and butter, pastries, sliced cheddar cheese, fruit yoghurt, mixed berries compote, salads, muffins, cut fruit, orange and grapefruit segments, and sliced meats. Full English buffet breakfast is £46.00 per person and includes all continental items plus hot items like Cumberland sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, hash browns, roast tomatoes, back bacon, and button mushrooms.

The Whitehall Suite and Whitehall Reception have restricted access via stairs only. This may impact accessibility for guests with mobility requirements, so alternative ground-floor spaces should be discussed if needed.
