Frequently asked questions

The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and requires a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage. The minimum spend gives flexibility to build a tailor-made package but actual costs may be higher depending on requirements.

The May Fair Theatre accommodates up to 201 guests maximum. The Screening Package costs £2,200 inclusive of VAT, and the Q&A Package costs £650 inclusive of VAT. Access is available from 18:30 onwards for events.

The Day Delegate Rate is £120 per person per day with minimum chargeable numbers of 90 attendees. It includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water during meetings and breaks, main meeting room hire, stationery box, dedicated Events Executive and Event Manager, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. One security guard is required per 50-100 guests as hotel policy.

Private Suite 1, 2, and 3 each have room hire at £2,000 inclusive of VAT. The Crystal Room has room hire of £2,000 with a Food and Beverage spend requirement of £13,500 inclusive of VAT.

The Crystal Ballroom has a maximum capacity of 230 guests in theatre setup, but cannot accommodate seated functions for 220+ delegates. The largest space available can host 220 guests only in theatre layout, not for seated dining.

Christmas packages are £145 per person inclusive of VAT with minimum chargeable numbers of 100 attendees. The package includes prosecco on arrival, three-course Christmas dinner, half bottle of house wine, half bottle of water, coffee and mince pies, black linen and centrepiece decorations, and May Fair Christmas crackers.

Quotes are offered on a joint option basis (first-come-first-serve) and are valid for 5 working days. If proposals are not accepted within this timeframe, Edwardian Hotels London reserves the right to re-quote. Spaces are not automatically held until specifically requested.

Meeting rooms include 65-inch HD Samsung LED screens, comprehensive wired and wireless microphone options, Epson G5750 WUXGA 4500 lumen LED projector, premium electronic drop-down 16:9 screens, HDMI/VGA/composite video inputs, full air conditioning, and video playback from Blu-ray/DVD systems.
