The smaller studio (Workshop Room) costs £400 for a full day (9am-5pm). Hourly rates are £110 per hour, with discounted packages of £500 for six hours or £800 for eight hours. Evening events from 12pm-11pm are priced at £600.

What is the capacity of the Screenings space and how is it configured?

The Workshop Room accommodates 50 people for general events or 20 people with yoga mats. It features 70 sq m of floor space with 3m high ceilings, wooden floors, large windows, and flexible seating arrangements for screenings and presentations.

What AV equipment is included and are there additional costs?

The space includes a fully fitted projector, sound system, speakers, projector screen, and whiteboard at no extra cost. Basic AV equipment like projectors and speakers are provided as standard with the venue hire.

What are the standard operating hours and earliest setup times?

The venue opens from 9:30am due to yoga classes running until then. Full day bookings typically run 9am-5pm, though evening events can extend until 11pm. Setup before 9:30am is not available due to existing classes.

What is the payment process and when must invoices be paid?

Invoices must be paid on receipt to secure your booking. Payment can be split into two installments if requested, but the first payment must be made to confirm the reservation. All payments are processed through QuickBooks invoicing system.

What furniture and setup is included with the hire?

Tables and chairs are provided as standard. This is a dry hire venue, meaning you are responsible for setting up and packing down yourselves. The space offers flexible layout options to accommodate different event configurations.

Are there restrictions on catering and outside food?

You are welcome to bring outside catering for food. The venue has an on-site specialty coffee shop run by separate management that you would need to coordinate with directly on the day for drinks or refreshments.

Is the venue fully accessible and what facilities are available?

Yes, all areas are wheelchair accessible with step-free access throughout the building including entrances and restrooms. The space is located on the ground floor with disabled access and fire exit available.

Can artwork or displays be hung on the walls?

Yes, there is wall space available that can accommodate lightweight artwork, providing it doesn't damage the walls. This makes the space suitable for exhibitions alongside screenings and presentations.

How far in advance should bookings be made and what is the cancellation policy?

Bookings should be made as soon as possible as the venue can get fully booked, particularly for weekend dates. The venue will hold provisional bookings briefly while you confirm details, but payment is required to secure the final reservation.
