Located on the fourth floor, our Boardroom is perfect for your business meetings and can comfortably seat up to 24 people. The space has a modern and stylish boardroom table, with matching chairs and comes fully IT equipped with ceiling speakers, an 84-inch screen and an induction loop system for all your presentation needs. A large, floor to ceiling east facing window provides a panoramic view of the Royal Hospital Chelsea and beyond, offering an excellent location for your next company away day, training room or seminar. An adjacent breakout space is included in the hire of the space.

The Boardroom costs £1,010.00 +VAT for evening hire (access from 17:30). For daytime business use, Foyle 1 costs £1,730.00 +VAT, Foyle 2 costs £1,260.00 +VAT, and combined Foyle 1 and 2 costs £2,530.00 +VAT (09:00-17:00). The Café 2 breakout space costs £3,430.00 +VAT.

The Boardroom seats up to 24 people around the boardroom table. Foyle 1 accommodates 100 guests in theatre style, while Foyle 2 can seat 100 theatre style or 80 cabaret style (10 tables with 8 guests each). All Foyle spaces include modular staging, lecterns, and microphones within the hire fee.

The Boardroom includes an 84-inch LCD screen, ceiling speakers, wall and table inputs, and induction loop system. Foyle 1 has a projector, large screen, and built-in speakers, while Foyle 2 features two projectors and screens for enhanced visibility. All AV equipment is included within the venue hire fees.

Yes, Monday events require mandatory security at £187.00 +VAT to have the main museum doors opened and manned throughout your hire. This is approximately £20.00 per hour and requires a separate agreement in addition to the venue hire contract.

All daytime catering is provided exclusively by in-house partners Searcys, with menus available for review. For evening events, you can choose from a list of approved external caterers or use Searcys. Catering is arranged directly with the chosen provider and quoted separately from venue hire.

After confirming your requirements, you'll receive an order agreement to read, sign, and return. Once signed, the finance team will send an invoice to your specified email address. For events requiring security (like Monday bookings), a separate security agreement must also be signed and returned.

Deliveries and collections must be booked for the day of the event only. All packages must be labeled 'FAO Venue Hire National Army Museum' so security can alert the venue hire team. You should provide a list of expected couriers and which exhibitors they're delivering for.
