Minimum spends vary significantly by group size and day of the week. For 70 guests, Wednesday requires £5,000 (VAT inc) and Thursday £5,775 (VAT inc) for 18:00-23:00. Groups of 150 require £12,655 (VAT inc) for semi-private areas, while full venue hire for large groups starts at £8,800 plus VAT. Full venue hire for 150+ with activities like quizzes requires £24,750 plus VAT minimum spend.

What's included in the minimum spend and how does it work?

The minimum spend must be reached across food, drinks, and mini golf games (£13 per person). If your chosen packages don't reach the minimum, the remaining balance becomes a bar tab for additional food and drinks on the day. A 12.5% optional service charge is added to all bills.

What are the venue's operating hours and latest event finish times?

The venue opens at 12:00 noon. Evening events typically run 18:00-23:00 for semi-private areas, with full venue hire available until midnight (00:00). Events cannot start before the venue opens at noon.

What deposit and payment terms are required?

A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event date. Payment terms are strictly enforced.

How does the mini golf work for large groups?

Groups play on the same course with teams of up to 6 people, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart. Each round takes approximately 30 minutes per team. For 70 guests, expect around 1 hour 15 minutes total, while 150 guests need roughly 2.5 hours to complete the game.

What are the food and drink package requirements?

All guests must choose the same package unless there are allergies or dietary requirements. Food is served buffet-style 20-30 minutes after arrival, and drinks are served in ice buckets on tables upon arrival. Fully vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free packages are available when needed.

What capacity limits apply to different areas and hire types?

Semi-private areas accommodate up to 150 guests standing. Half venue hire supports up to 250 people standing capacity, while full venue hire can accommodate up to 750 guests. Groups requiring specific activities like quizzes must book full venue hire regardless of size.

Are there restrictions on bringing external catering or entertainment?

The venue provides all food from their menu, with pre-ordering required from the Bar Menu. For entertainment events, external companies can bring DJs and require access to the venue's speaker system and DJ decks, but this appears to need special arrangement with management.

What additional services and equipment are available?

The venue includes screens, projectors, and microphones for presentations. Complimentary bubbly reception (one glass of Prosecco per person) can be included for Wednesday bookings. AV facilities are available for background music and presentations.

What are the Christmas package options and pricing?

Christmas packages are available with specific themed options. The Platinum package at £67 per person includes unlimited mini golf, unlimited house drinks for 2 hours, and 9 food items per person. Additional hours of unlimited drinks cost £20-40 per person depending on the package.
