The Auditorium accommodates up to 300 people in tiered theatre-style seating. The space is complemented by an exclusive exhibition and networking area for registration, refreshments, and catering with dedicated facilities.

What AV equipment is included and what are the mandatory technician costs?

The Auditorium includes a Sony HDR 4K DCI Laser projection system, 7.1 surround sound, two lapel microphones, two hand-held microphones, panel desk with four top table microphones, lectern with built-in screen and microphone, and 1GB Wi-Fi. Two AV technicians are mandatory at £1,000 + VAT per day.

What are the day hire rates and minimum spend requirements?

Day hire (8:00-17:00) costs £9,500 + VAT with a minimum food and beverage spend of £3,100 + VAT. Evening hire (18:00-23:00) costs £3,250 + VAT with a £4,650 + VAT minimum spend.

What are cross-period hire costs if my event runs beyond standard day or evening slots?

Cross-period hire (covering both day and evening periods, including the 17:00-18:00 turnaround time) costs £12,000 + VAT with a minimum food and beverage spend of £3,500 + VAT. This rate applies to any timing that spans both periods.

What exhibition and branding facilities are available in the networking space?

The exhibition area features 5 built-in plasma screens (including 1 portrait screen at entrance and 4 within the hall), plus an 8-screen 4K HD video wall measuring 5 meters wide. The space accommodates exhibitor stands and provides branding opportunities.

What catering options are included in the Day Delegate Rate packages?

DDR packages include chef's choice sandwiches and finger food, three breaks with organic teas, ethically sourced coffee, pastries on arrival, fresh fruit mid-morning, biscuit selection mid-afternoon, and filtered water. Hot and cold buffet lunch upgrades available for £10-£12.60 + VAT per person.

Are there any restrictions on event timings or setup requirements?

Events are sold in two periods: Day (8:00-17:00) and Evening (18:00-23:00). The 17:00-18:00 slot is designated turnaround time for operations. Any event spanning both periods requires cross-period pricing at significantly higher rates.

What additional facilities and services are included with the Screenings space?

The space includes dedicated cloakroom and WC facilities, climate control, DDA compliance, and is self-contained with exclusive access. The venue provides filtered water, stationery, and 1GB Wi-Fi as standard with all bookings.

Can I hire external suppliers or must I use venue-provided services?

External suppliers can be hired directly by clients. When contracted through the venue, a 20% service charge applies to external suppliers. The venue has preferred suppliers like Spiral Entertainment for DJs and entertainment services.

What are the booking and payment requirements for confirmed events?

For events with short lead times (such as next week bookings), signed contracts are required by 12:00 the following day with full payment required prior to the event. Standard bookings follow different payment schedules.
