The Gherkin's five private dining rooms are situated on the 38th floor of the iconic Gherkin building and offer unforgettable views of London. Double room bookings are ideal for targetted conferences, banquets and standing receptions for up to 60 guests. Guests can make use of AV equipment, as well as an on-site engineer that can be on-hand during your event to ensure presentations run smoothly.

Single private dining rooms accommodate up to 18 guests with oval table setup or maximum 2 round tables of 10 people each. Double private dining rooms can host up to 60 guests for standing receptions. For conferences, rooms can be set up theatre-style for 60 guests or cabaret-style for smaller groups.

100% deposit payment is required to confirm booking, with remaining balance due 3 months prior to the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (AMEX incurs additional surcharge). Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis with no holds without payment.

All catering orders including special dietary requirements must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior to the event. Final guest numbers are required 5 working days before the event date. Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person with the whole party having the same starter, main, and dessert.

Built-in speakers for background music are included in all rooms. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment. If bringing your own AV equipment, a supplement of £350 + VAT applies. An on-site engineer can be arranged to ensure presentations run smoothly.

Searcys is the in-house catering company and provides all food and drinks. External caterers require approval and details must be forwarded in advance. Dry hire is available at £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access, venue hire from 2pm-10pm. All guest entries must be pre-booked with ID required upon arrival.
