Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person (same starter, main, and dessert for whole party), working lunch at £40 + VAT per person, and various canapé options. All catering orders including special dietary requirements must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior to the event, with final numbers required 5 working days before the event date.

Built-in speakers are included around the rooms for background music connection. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment (contact: 0208 660 6647). If bringing your own AV supplier, a supplement of £350 + VAT applies.

The venue is described as excellent for corporate and networking events. However, certain event types cannot be accommodated - the venue has declined requests for children's events and pop-up retail concepts. The space is positioned as a high-end corporate venue rather than casual celebration space.

Searcys is the exclusive catering company, but external caterers may be considered for dry hire arrangements at £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access (2pm-10pm). Guests can enter rooms early for setup including banners, balloons, and flowers. All guest entry must be pre-booked and ID is required upon arrival.
