Screen 2 seats 132 people and includes 2 accessible wheelchair bays. Screen 3 can accommodate up to 59 guests and is wheelchair accessible with 2 spots. All screens are equipped with digital projectors and PA systems.

Can I bring external catering or use your kitchen facilities?

Rich Mix does not have a usable kitchen available for external caterers. However, they work with external suppliers who can provide dinner services, and there is a 10% corkage fee for external catering. They offer their own catering options from popcorn and shakes to champagne and canapés.

What technical equipment is included with cinema screen hire?

All cinema screens include digital projectors, PA systems with microphones, and the ability to plug in laptops for presentations. Additional technical support from a technician costs £125-£280 plus VAT depending on the duration and requirements.

Rich Mix is open from 9am-9pm. Events cannot run beyond these hours, so any requests for late evening screenings (such as 11pm finishes) cannot be accommodated within the building's operating schedule.

Yes, you can hire additional spaces alongside cinema screens. The Studio or The Stage can be used for dining layouts, and there are breakout spaces available. The venue can facilitate seated dining layouts and has bar areas for networking drinks after screenings.
