Are there restrictions on booking through third-party platforms like Hire Space?

Yes, Rich Mix does not allow discounts to be made through Hire Space. For events requiring budget flexibility, you must book directly with the venue rather than through third-party booking platforms.

What technical equipment is included with cinema screen hire?

All cinema screens include digital projectors, PA systems, microphones, and full technical support from Rich Mix's technical team. You can plug in laptops for presentations and the screens are equipped for both film screenings and corporate presentations.

What catering options are available for screenings?

Rich Mix offers flexible catering from their menu, ranging from £13 per person for basic options up to £69 per person for premium packages. They also offer drinks tokens at £5 plus VAT each for house wine, beer, or soft drinks, and can provide champagne and canapés for premieres.

Can external caterers be used and what are the restrictions?

External caterers are permitted but Rich Mix charges a 10% corkage fee. The venue does not have a usable kitchen, so external suppliers must be able to provide dinner services without kitchen access.
