What are the minimum spend requirements for exclusive venue hire?

For exclusive use of the Main Restaurant + Bar (150 guests, 6PM-12AM), the minimum spend is £21,600 towards food and beverages. For evening events from 5PM-12AM, minimum spends of £20,000 including VAT have been quoted for 200+ guests. A 12.5% service charge is applied on top of all minimum spends.

What food and drink pricing should I expect?

Cocktails start from £11.00, mocktails from £9.95, wine bottles from £27.00, beer cans from £4.95, and pints from £6.75. Canapés are available from £3.00 per item and bowl food from £5.00 per bowl. All prices are subject to 20% VAT and 12.5% service charge.

Yes, the foosball area in the main restaurant can be reserved from 11PM-1AM with a £10 per person deposit that can be used towards beverages. The couches by the fireplace operate on a first-come, first-serve basis as they're in the communal hotel area and cannot be reserved.
