Available AV includes: Conference projector (£250 + VAT), PA system (£300 + VAT), Plasma TV (£150 + VAT), and microphones (£85 + VAT each). An AV technician costs £85 + VAT per hour with a 4-hour minimum and is recommended when using more than 3 handheld microphones or any lapel microphones.

Is Asia House wheelchair accessible and what facilities are provided?

Yes, the building is fully accessible. There is a lift to access bathrooms on lower levels, and a ramp is placed outside the building for wheelchair users during arrival and departure. The Hutchison Room is specifically confirmed as wheelchair accessible, and wheelchair users cannot use a stairlift.

Drinks are charged on consumption with no minimum spend. For food, the hot or cold fork buffet has a minimum of 15 guests, while sandwich lunch has a minimum of 10 guests.
