The Hutchison Room costs £750 per day plus VAT for up to 20 guests boardroom style. This includes the room hire only - waiting staff, catering, and AV equipment are charged separately. All prices are subject to 20% VAT.

Asia House offers Day Delegate Rate (DDR) packages at £75 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 25 guests, including room hire, pastries, tea/coffee breaks, lunch buffet, and waiting staff. For smaller groups, sandwich lunches have a minimum order of 10 guests, while hot/cold fork buffets require a minimum of 15 guests.

Yes, the Hutchison Room is wheelchair accessible. The building has a lift to access bathrooms and a ramp is placed outside for wheelchair users upon arrival and departure. The building is described as fully accessible.

Available AV includes: conference projector (£250 plus VAT), plasma TV (£150 plus VAT), PA system (£300 plus VAT), and microphones (£85 plus VAT each). An AV technician costs £85 plus VAT per hour with a 4-hour minimum and is recommended for more than 3 microphones or lapel microphones.

Standard event hours are typically 09:00-17:00. Evening extensions are available - for example, events can run until 22:00 with additional room hire charges. Late licenses can be acquired until midnight for an additional £500 plus VAT per hour from 10pm.

External caterers are permitted with a dry hire fee of £600 plus VAT, which includes use of the ground floor kitchen. This is in addition to the room hire fee, and Asia House will not provide equipment, tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, glassware, or waiting staff, which must be hired separately.

The Hutchison Room accommodates up to 20 guests boardroom style. For larger events, Fine Rooms 1 & 2 combined can hold up to 170 guests reception style, 100 guests theatre style, or 80 guests banquet style for sit-down meals.

All beverages are charged on consumption with no minimum spend requirement. You can set a maximum spend limit if desired, and drinks can be set up in a separate room for collection or served throughout your meeting space.

Invoices must be paid before the event date. Based on correspondence, invoices become overdue if not paid promptly, and payment is required in advance of the event taking place.

Asia House cannot accommodate weddings for 240+ guests or events requiring capacity beyond their maximum limits. The venue appears to focus on corporate events, conferences, and business meetings rather than large social celebrations.
