An AV technician is provided for Main Hall bookings and larger events.

A 10% deposit is required in advance via card payment to secure bookings. For smaller events, 100% prepayment is required based on contracted minimums. Any additions after the initial contract are invoiced separately or added to the final bill if close to the event date.

DDR packages include arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, and afternoon refreshments. Sandwich lunch costs £20 + VAT per person, hot fork buffet £36-£42 + VAT per person.
