Lincoln's Inn is closed for the entire month of August and during Easter from 17 April at 15:00, reopening on 28 April. The venue is also fully booked certain weeks, such as the week of 25 November 2025.

Outside food is strictly prohibited - only in-house catering is allowed. All food and beverage must be provided by Lincoln's Inn's catering team.

The Conference Suite includes projection, screen and sound facilities in the lecture theatre with an AV technician included. Additional AV equipment and technical support can be arranged for other meeting spaces.
