Previously the Inn's library, Parliament Chamber is light and airy, with views over the gardens. Seating up to 60 guests for a private dining event, it is also perfect for a reception of up to 100 guests.

The venue accommodates up to 260 guests for seated dining using long tables. Parliament Chamber seats up to 60 guests for private dining or 100 for receptions. Queen's Room can accommodate up to 22 people in boardroom dinner style setup.

Queen's Room hire costs £1,250 for 09:00-17:00. Weekend wedding venue hire is £12,000 + VAT (£14,400 including VAT) for Saturday or Sunday. Events can extend beyond 17:00 for £670 per hour plus VAT, or beyond 23:00 for £1,000-£1,200 per hour plus VAT.

Middle Temple is unavailable for private events Tuesday through Friday due to Hall Lunches taking place on these days. This significantly restricts availability for corporate dining events during weekdays.

External caterers are not permitted at Middle Temple. The venue only offers in-house catering, though they do have specific approved Asian caterers for events requiring specialized cuisine, which incurs a kitchen buy-out fee of £5,000 + VAT (£6,000 including VAT).

Staff taxi fees of £250 + VAT apply for events ending after 22:30. Cloakroom staff cost £25 + VAT per staff member per hour (minimum 4 hours) if you require manned service. Clothed poseur tables for receptions are £25 each + VAT. Event security is £42 + VAT per staff member per hour (one per 100 guests).

Queen's Room and other dining spaces do not have built-in AV equipment. All audio-visual requirements must be hired from the venue's accredited suppliers list, which includes AV production, lighting, and sound equipment providers.

The venue offers to hold dates pending confirmation and provides detailed proposals as starting points for customization. Minimum guest requirements apply (20 for some packages, 55 for others).
