The Pacific Ballroom dry hire is £17,500 per day inclusive of VAT. This includes the ballroom space, separate entrance, pre-function area, private toilets and cloakroom facilities, plus access to the VIP Room accommodating up to 8 people.
What is the maximum capacity for wedding ceremonies and receptions in the Pacific Ballroom?
The Pacific Ballroom can accommodate up to 280 guests for weddings in banquet layout, or up to 400 people for other event formats. The space is 464 square meters with 6.5-meter high ceilings.
What are the payment and cancellation terms for wedding bookings?
Full payment is required upfront along with a signed event agreement to guarantee your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you'll be charged the full amount, but cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund.
Can we use external caterers for our wedding, and what is the approval process?
Yes, external caterers can be used subject to the venue's due diligence and formal approval process. The venue works with preferred partners for Kosher events including Tony Page, Philip Small and Ben Tenenblat, and can arrange introductions if needed.
What happens if our guest numbers change close to the wedding date?
If guest numbers are reduced within 7 business working days of your event, the hotel reserves the right to apply charges for food and beverage costs based on the original requirements. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before the event date.
