Marlborough 4 is an airy, functional space with natural daylight, air conditioning and is pillar free. its located in the modern conference building and is served by two lifts to the 2nd floor making it fully accessible. Catering is served in the spacious foyer area directly outside the room flooded with natural daylight and is the perfect setting for networking between sessions and evening drinks. The room is perfect for a small standalone meeting or booked as part of the Marlborough Suite.



Frequently asked questions

Room hire rates vary significantly by day of the week. Days 2, 3 & 4 cost £2,300 VAT exempt per day, while Days 1 & 5 are £1,700 VAT exempt per day. Session times run from 8am to 5pm, with additional hours available at £300 VAT exempt per hour.

There is a minimum catering spend of £3,000 plus VAT per day with a minimum of 30 people required. The daytime catering package costs £62.40 per person (minimum 40 people) and includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, two-course buffet lunch, afternoon refreshments, and water throughout the day.

Overnight hold rates are £1,140 VAT exempt per night for Day 1, and £1,550 VAT exempt per night for Days 2, 3, and 4. This allows you to keep your setup and materials in place between event days.
