What security requirements and costs are mandatory for events?

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour requirement. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and additional guards are needed for the full setup and derig periods. For a 30-person meeting, this adds £210 minimum (1 guard × 6 hours × £35) to your total costs.

What catering and refreshment options are included in meeting packages?

The Green Room package includes arrival experience, afternoon experience, The Londoner Gallery Farmers Market experience, tea and coffee during lunch, and a bottle of still or sparkling water per person.
