Taking cues from London's rich arts scene, The Gallery blends visual beauty and functional versatility with seven adjoining meeting rooms. In partnership with some of London's most iconic arts institutions, The Gallery presents and inspiring collection of seven meeting rooms decorated with original art. The rooms are all connected to a spacious lounge and can be customised to suit different purposes and a variety of set ups.

The Gallery consists of seven adjoining meeting rooms that can be customized for different purposes and setups. Individual rooms like Somerset House and The National Gallery accommodate smaller groups (10-12 people), while The Gallery can be configured for larger corporate events. All rooms connect to a spacious lounge area and can be arranged for various meeting styles including boardroom, cabaret, and presentation formats.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35.00 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour requirement. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and additional guards may be needed depending on the event nature. Security is also required for the full setup and de-rig periods for each event.

Standard room hire typically runs from 13:00-17:30 for meeting packages. The Green Room package includes setup from 7:00am-11:00am, meeting from 11:00am-17:00pm, and de-rig from 17:00pm-17:30pm. Any extension of standard timings may require a pricing review and additional charges.

The Green Room offers a comprehensive package at £130.00 per person (minimum 30 guests) including Arrival Experience, Afternoon Experience, The Londoner Gallery Farmers Market Experience, tea and coffee during lunch, bottled water per person, and dedicated events manager. Additional catering options are available through their sample menus with various price points.

Basic AV is included in Gallery rooms: 98" 4K LED screens, wireless presenting, touch panel control, and Bluetooth connectivity. Additional equipment starts from LED Screen 70"-85" at £1,080.00, PA System at £650.00, and microphones at £120.00. External AV providers incur a £3,000.00 fee (ex VAT), and AV technician support starts from £3,500.00.

All packages have minimum Food and Beverage spend requirements (£200.00 for smaller rooms, £16,000.00 for larger spaces like 8 at The Londoner). Any shortfall in minimum spend is automatically charged as additional room hire. Minimum guest numbers also apply (30 guests for Green Room package), with shortfalls charged as room hire.
