What is included in the Wedding Ceremony packages and what are the pricing options?

When is the venue unavailable for bookings due to existing commitments?

The venue is completely unavailable from late June through July, August and September due to large rehearsals that occupy the entire venue. Additionally, from 24th November to 17th December, the venue hosts KIN London's Christmas Social and is not available for other bookings outside of that partnership.

What are the capacity limits for the wedding spaces?

What restrictions apply to the types of events that can be held at the venue?

Due to the building's listed status and the nature of their cultural programme, the venue cannot facilitate club nights or sporting events. They run a fully curated cultural programme where all shows are developed in consultation with the venue, and events must align with their programming philosophy.

What is the booking process and when does a confirmed booking become legally binding?

No agreement exists between the venue and any third party until a contract and full terms & conditions are signed by both parties and all hire fees and other charges are paid in full. Any enquiry, discussion or correspondence regarding bookings should never be taken to assume confirmation. The venue reserves the right to vary or cancel hires without liability even after contracts are signed.

How does the venue's booking priority system work?

The venue operates a priority booking system where dates can be held as first option (provisional hold), second option, or third option. If a first option event doesn't confirm, second option clients are contacted, and so on. This means multiple parties may be interested in the same date with different priority levels.

What are the key architectural features of the wedding spaces?

The Large Committee Room features Edwardian fireplaces, elegant buttressed ceilings, high ceilings, large high windows along its full length providing natural daylight, and internal access to the Medium and Small Committee Rooms.
