What is the pricing structure for hiring King's House for a conference or event in the Upper Room?

The standard Conference & Events package is £500 per hour, with a minimum charge reflecting the set-up and pack-down time agreed for your event. The package includes use of the Upper Room (200 theatre or 100 dining capacity), Standard AV, and two event staff. VAT is charged at 20% on top of all costs.

What additional mandatory costs should I budget for when booking?

Are there restrictions on event types or prohibited activities?

King's House does not accept bookings for parties or private celebrations such as birthday parties, and cannot host events outside Thursday–Saturday, and Wednesday until 5pm. Decorations and alcohol are welcome with written consent for the specific requests (please email hire@kingshouse.org.uk).
