The Canterbury Suite accommodates up to 50 people in banqueting style with 65.33 sqm of space on the 1st floor. The space features natural daylight, AC and heating, disabled access, and WiFi.

Dinner events typically run from 6pm to 11pm. The venue requires booking decisions within specific timeframes, with automatic release if not confirmed by the stated deadline (usually within 1 week of the initial hold).

Spaces are held on 1st option for 1 week, after which the venue reserves the right to release or offer the space to another booker. Final event details must be submitted by noon on the Friday before the event, and any modifications after this deadline are subject to availability.

The venue can provide name tag printing on place cards (displaying hotel name at bottom), agenda printing at £0.75 per page double-sided colour A4, and can accommodate client deliveries on the day of the event. A minimum drinks spend of £500-600 including VAT is recommended for cocktail receptions.

Cancellation charges are: 30% between 52-12 weeks prior, 50% between 12-8 weeks prior, 80% between 8-4 weeks prior, and 100% within 4 weeks of the event date. These charges apply to all function-related costs.

Clients can bring materials directly on the day of the event rather than shipping in advance. The venue requires delivery details including date, time, and the name of the person making the delivery to coordinate with their concierge team.

The venue can provide a coffee machine in the room for free-flow coffee during meetings instead of flasks, and offers unlimited tea and coffee at £15 per person per day. Additional drinks beyond the package are charged on a consumption basis.
