For up to 30 people, you can hire one of our smaller rooms to celebrate a birthday, connect with colleagues new and old, or test out your new private dining offering. Each room comes with chairs and tables, a 65" TV screen and full accessibility. The Fleet Room is a blank canvas, while the Luciana Room and Saint Rooms provide a warm, stylish setting for dining and smaller meetings. All with natural light and sonic booming to take the edge of the buzz in the room from all the happy chatter. All the smaller rooms are the same price, so why not book a visit to see what you would prefer?



Frequently asked questions

The Conference & Events package is £445 per hour, which includes the space, standard AV equipment (65" TV screen), 1 technician, and 2 staff members to facilitate your event. A £150 post-event cleaning charge applies to all bookings.

The Dining space accommodates up to 30 people. You can choose from the Fleet Room (blank canvas), Luciana Room, or Saint Rooms (both providing warm, stylish settings for dining and meetings).

King's House is only available for hire Thursday through Saturday. No bookings are accepted Sunday through Wednesday.

All quotes must include setup and pack down time. The standard requirement is 60 minutes setup and 30 minutes pack down, though pack down can be reduced to 15 minutes if you stack chairs, fold tables, and clear rubbish yourself.

King's House is a completely nut-free venue, so no nuts or nut-containing products are permitted. You can bring external catering or use their recommended caterers for your event.

Each room includes a 65" TV screen, and the standard package includes 1 technician. The venue can display logos on screens and handle presentation files sent via WeTransfer to their designated email address.

Full payment is typically due by the standard deadline, though they offer flexibility to spread payments (example: £453 initial payment, then remaining balance plus refundable security surcharge by a later date). A refundable security surcharge applies to all bookings.

The venue offers unlimited tea and coffee service at £2 per person. They work with recommended caterers including Funthyme, Bart's Table, Arch, and Fat Macy's for buffet-style meals, or you can bring your own external catering.
