The open archway space can be taken by a singular independent retailer and transformed into any kind of pop up they so wish. Multiple traders / pop-up stalls can also fit into the space. The large glass doors make the space very light and easily accessible from the garden terrace. There is also a storage cupboard, TV screen with speakers and good lighting.
