What are the room hire rates and capacity limits for business meetings?

The Wisteria room costs £500 for up to 30 people, while the Magnolia room costs £600 for up to 30 people. The London room is available for £1,500 on Thursday or £2,500-£3,000 for Friday/Saturday depending on the event type. All rooms require a minimum of 20 people for catering.

What are the catering options and pricing for corporate events?

The Classic 3-course menu costs £65 per person and the Gold 3-course menu costs £75 per person, both with a 20-person minimum. Finger buffet options range from £32-£45 per person depending on whether desserts are included. Welcome drinks cost £15 per jug (serves 5 glasses) for soft drinks or £40 per bottle of Prosecco.

What deposit is required to secure a booking?

A 25% deposit is required to secure most bookings. However, if your event is within 6 months, a 50% deposit is required instead. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event arrival date.

What AV equipment and extras are available for meetings?

TV/projector screens cost £50, microphones cost £50, and speakers cost £50. Welcome signs (A3 size) are £15 and seating plans are £15. All equipment pricing includes VAT and must be arranged in advance.

Can dates be held during the consultation period?

No, Warren House cannot hold dates during the consultation period. All dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, so a deposit is required immediately to guarantee your preferred date.

What are the Christmas party packages and minimum requirements?

Christmas parties require a minimum of 100 guests for private events. The Gold package costs £75 per person (including glass of champagne, 3-course dinner, and novelties) while the Platinum package costs £95 per person (adding 2 glasses of champagne and 3 canapés). DJ services cost an additional £500.

Are there wheelchair accessibility and special accommodation policies?

Warren House has wheelchair access throughout the venue. Pets are allowed in special circumstances but must remain confined to your hired venue area due to other guests who may have allergies - they cannot roam the entire property.

What are the operating hours and staff availability?

The events team is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm for viewings and consultations. Weekend viewings are generally not available, so weekday appointments are required for venue tours and planning meetings.

Is dry hire available for corporate events?

Warren House does not offer dry hire for their main property. However, they can refer clients to their sister property Ravens Ait for dry hire options if that better suits your event requirements.

What accommodation rates are available for overnight corporate events?

The 24-hour delegate rate (including overnight accommodation) costs £399 per person. Private dining room hire is available for an additional £500-£600 charge, and function bars have a minimum spend requirement of £500.
