What are the wedding package prices and what's included in each?

Warren House offers multiple wedding packages: Mrs Hammersley from £135 per person, Lady Wolverton from £179 per person, and Lady Paget from £259 per person. Asian packages are also available with Ruby Package at £130 and Diamond Package at £160 per person. All packages include venue hire, but specific inclusions vary by package level.

How much does the wedding ceremony package cost and what does it include?

The Wedding Ceremony Package starts from £1000 and includes room hire for up to 30 guests, red carpet on arrival, chairs with white chair covers, and a table for the ceremony. There's an upcharge for larger rooms if you need to accommodate more than 30 guests.

What are the room hire costs for smaller wedding receptions?

For intimate receptions, the Wisteria room costs £500 for up to 30 guests, while the Magnolia room costs £600 for up to 30 guests. Both require a minimum of 20 guests for catering, with 3-course menus starting at £65 per person for the Classic menu and £75 for the Gold menu.

What deposit is required to secure a wedding booking?

Warren House requires a 25% deposit to secure your wedding date. If your event is within 6 months, a 50% deposit is required instead. All dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and they cannot hold dates during the consultation period.

Are there any restrictions on music and event timing?

Music is allowed until 11:45 PM, and all guests must vacate the premises by midnight. Outside DJs and decorations are permitted, giving you flexibility in personalizing your celebration.

What are the costs for welcome drinks and bar services?

Welcome drinks cost £15 per jug of juice/soft drinks/sparkling water with elderflower (serves 5 champagne glasses) or £40 per bottle of Prosecco (serves 5 glasses). The venue offers a 10% discount on pre-ordered drinks from their bar menu.

Can pets attend wedding ceremonies and what are the restrictions?

Pets are allowed in special circumstances but must be confined to the specific venue you've hired. They cannot roam the entire property due to other hotel guests who may have allergies. The pet must remain in your designated event space at all times.

What optional extras are available and how much do they cost?

Optional extras include TV/projector screen for photo slideshows (£50), microphone (£50), speaker (£50), welcome sign A3 size (£15), and seating plan (£15). These can enhance your wedding experience with personalized touches.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Warren House Hotel has wheelchair access, making it suitable for guests with mobility requirements. This ensures all your wedding guests can comfortably attend and enjoy your celebration.

What are the payment terms and when is the final balance due?

After securing your date with the required deposit, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. This gives you time to finalize guest numbers and make any last-minute adjustments to your arrangements.
