Room hire for the Events Suite ranges from £2,000-£3,000+VAT depending on duration and date. Evening events have a minimum spend of £8,000+VAT due to staffing requirements. Weekend events require a minimum spend of £7,500+VAT as the venue doesn't normally operate weekends.

What's included in the standard day delegate rate package?

The £95+VAT per person package (minimum 55 guests) includes Main Plenary Suite, natural lighting, 2x LED media screens, PA system, 2x microphones, fast Wi-Fi, arrival tea/coffee/juices, full day water, arrival pastries/fruit, mid-morning refreshments, gourmet sandwich lunch, afternoon tea/coffee, and dedicated Events Manager. All catering follows the chef's seasonal and sustainable choice.

What are the capacity limits for different event types?

The Main Plenary Suite accommodates up to 120 guests for presentations and conferences. Day delegate packages require a minimum of 55 guests, while evening catering packages have a minimum of 25-100 guests depending on the specific package selected.

What additional mandatory costs should I budget for?

Security is mandatory at £500+VAT for full-day events. Club host reception costs £500+VAT for 3 hours. Exclusive venue hire adds £5,000+VAT on top of per-person packages. Evening events require a £1,250+VAT minimum bar spend.

What AV equipment and technical facilities are provided?

All packages include 2x LED media screens, PA system, 2x handheld microphones, fast Wi-Fi, and lectern. The venue has natural lighting throughout and can accommodate laptop connections for presentations. Additional AV requirements can be arranged through the Events Manager.

Can I hire additional spaces beyond the main Events Suite?

Yes, Greengage (catering suite/breakout space) is available for £1,000-£1,250+VAT hire. This provides additional space for networking, catering, or breakout sessions separate from the main presentation area.

What are the standard event timings and setup arrangements?

Day events typically run 09:00-17:00 with setup and de-rig included. Evening events can run 18:00-23:00. The venue is located 1 minute walk from Marble Arch station and offers terrace access with Hyde Park views.

What catering options are available for smaller business meetings?

For smaller events, there's a £25+VAT per person catering package (minimum 100 guests) including 5 canapés per guest. The venue also offers breakfast packages at £30+VAT per person including juices, overnight oats, pastries, fruit, and mid-morning refreshments.

Is exclusive venue hire available and what does it include?

Exclusive hire is available for £5,000+VAT in addition to per-person packages. This provides private use of the entire venue including all spaces, terraces, and facilities for your event duration.

What are the booking and confirmation requirements?

Bookings must be confirmed by the end of the week prior to allow sufficient time for event organization. The venue requires advance notice for catering arrangements and any special dietary requirements including vegetarian and halal options.
