Penelope's is Hotel AMANO's signature restaurant. Located on the ground floor, the restaurant has an opulent yet comfortable design. Elegant across the board, they showcase the finest ingredients and flavour combinations to reflect their Israeli-Spanish influence. The restaurant is available for exclusive hire for up to 140 seated guests. It also features an elevated section that can be semi-private for up to 25 guests. Diners can expect dishes served family style such as Paella Israeli style with whole lobster, frekkeh and gin-tomato sauce.
