Day Delegate packages are available at £46 per person (excluding VAT) for half-day events or £59 per person (excluding VAT) for full-day events, both including room hire and AV equipment. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due no later than 28 days before your event. All prices are subject to an additional 12.5% service charge.

What are the capacity limits and seating arrangements available?

The venue can accommodate up to 100 delegates in theatre-style seating or 50 delegates in cabaret-style setup for conferences. For mixed events, the space can handle up to 300 guests with a combination of seated and standing arrangements. There is a minimum requirement of 40 delegates for Day Delegate packages.

What are the operating hours and time restrictions for events?

Conference events can only be hosted from 9am to 4pm, as the venue needs to reopen for evening bookings at 5pm. The venue team opens at 10:30am for site visits. Extension fees apply for events running beyond the standard hours.

What AV equipment and technical facilities are included?

The venue includes a projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, and complimentary WiFi as standard. Additional screens can be hired through their trusted tech supplier F1 Sound for an extra cost, but are not provided complimentary by the venue.

Furniture hire costs £500 plus VAT. Chair hire for 50 chairs costs £611.27 including VAT. Additional technical equipment like extra screens must be hired through external suppliers at additional cost. All prices are subject to a 12.5% service charge on top of VAT.

Is the venue suitable for private presentations and confidential meetings?

The venue has windows where members of the public might see presentations, though past feedback from conference clients has been positive. If privacy is a concern, F1 Sound can provide portable rails with curtains to cover the windows for an additional cost.

What is the booking process and how long can dates be held?

Bookings require both a signed contract and deposit payment to secure the date. The venue can hold dates temporarily but cannot hold spaces indefinitely without confirmation. They accept signed contracts as confirmation with payment following within a couple of days if needed.

What catering options are available and how is food served?

Day Delegate packages include either arrival breakfast or grazing lunch for half-day rates, or both breakfast and lunch for full-day rates, plus snack breaks and unlimited beverages. Food is served as a buffet setup within the main event space, with one side designated for the buffet area.

Does the venue have breakout rooms for smaller group sessions?

Bounce Battersea does not have separate breakout rooms - it operates as one large open-plan space. For events requiring breakout facilities, they recommend their Farringdon location which has a separate private room that can accommodate breakout sessions.
