The Business space accommodates up to 100 delegates in theatre style seating or up to 50 delegates in cabaret style seating. The space is one large open floorplan with no separate breakout rooms available - it's designed as a main plenary space only.
What are the Day Delegate Package prices and what's included?
Half-day packages cost £46 per person (excluding VAT) and include either arrival breakfast or grazing lunch, 1 snack break, and unlimited teas, coffees, juices and water. Full-day packages cost £59 per person (excluding VAT) and include arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, 2 snack breaks, and unlimited beverages. Both packages include room hire and AV equipment use.
What are the mandatory minimum requirements and additional costs?
There's a minimum of 40 delegates required for bookings. Furniture hire costs an additional £500 plus VAT. All prices are subject to 12.5% service charge on top of VAT.

Conferences can only be hosted from 9am to 4pm, as the venue needs to reopen for evening bookings at 5pm. The venue team opens at 10:30am for site visits and setup.
